Software EngineeWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Software Engineer Intern (PHP) to join our development team. As an intern, you will work closely with senior engineers to build, maintain, and improve web applications. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or final-year students looking to gain hands-on experience in PHP development and learn industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing, testing, and deploying PHP-based web applications.
  • Support in debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing code for performance.
  • Collaborate with the team on new features and enhancements.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
  • Work with MySQL databases, APIs, and third-party integrations.
  • Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning.
  • Research new tools, technologies, and frameworks that can improve development efficiency.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (completed or in progress) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • Basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
  • Understanding of OOP concepts and MVC frameworks (Laravel/CodeIgniter is a plus).
  • Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
  • Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a collaborative environment.

Nice to Have:

  • Exposure to Laravel, Symfony, or other PHP frameworks.
  • Experience with REST APIs.
  • Basic understanding of front-end frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular).
  • Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
