Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Cafe Manager located in the Lahore District. The Cafe Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure excellent customer service, and manage staff. Responsibilities include handling food and beverage orders, maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and efficient workspace. The role also involves developing sales strategies and promoting the cafe to increase revenue and customer engagement.
Qualifications
- Customer Service and Communication skills
- Experience in Food & Beverage and Food Service management
- Sales skills and the ability to develop and implement sales strategies
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Experience in cafe or restaurant management is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or a related field
