We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Media Person to capture the true impact of our work.

Key Responsibilities

* The Media Person will be responsible for creating compelling visual content across all our digital platforms. This role requires a blend of creative talent, technical proficiency, and dedication to our mission.

* Capture professional pictures and videos that adhere to the organization's ethical standards and media guidelines, ensuring all visuals effectively communicate our mission and impact.

* Maintain and utilize professional media equipment (cameras, lighting, microphones, etc.) to ensure high production quality.

* Edit and produce engaging video content optimized for specific social media platforms (e.g., Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook).

* Ensure all final content is compelling, well-paced, and technically sound, including color correction, sound mixing, and graphic overlays.

* Work closely with the Project Director, Media Head, and field team members to proactively identify key program moments, success stories, and fundraising activities that require media coverage.

* Assist in brainstorming and developing new content ideas that align with organizational campaigns and goals.

* Provide general assistance to the team when needed, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to the overall operational success of the organization.

* Willingness to assist with non-media related tasks when required to support program delivery.

* Punctually upload all captured and edited media data into the designated cloud drive and relevant internal communication channels (such as specified WhatsApp groups).

* Maintain an organized, tagged, and accessible archive of all digital assets.

Required Qualifications and Skills

* Proven experience in photography, videography, and video editing *(portfolio required).*

* Proficiency with modern video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve).

* Strong understanding of social media platforms and the best practices for content delivery on each.

* Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to meeting deadlines.

* A high degree of professional courtesy and mannerism when interacting with beneficiaries, staff, and partners.

* Ability to follow a chain of command and clear reporting lines to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.

* Demonstrated motivation to bring new and creative ideas to projects and content strategy.

* Working experience with a non-profit organization is a plus
