Italian cum Continental Chef

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Italian cum Continental Chef to lead our culinary operations across multiple branches. The role requires expertise in Italian and Continental cuisines, ensuring consistency, quality, and innovation in all dishes, while training and guiding branch-level kitchen teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and introduce new Italian and Continental dishes.
• Standardize recipes and maintain consistency across branches.
• Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
• Conduct branch visits to monitor kitchen operations and staff performance.
• Train and mentor chefs and kitchen staff.
• Monitor food costs, portioning, and wastage.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety, and compliance with company SOPs.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure ingredient quality and consistency.

Requirements

• 7–10 years of professional experience in Italian & Continental cuisine.
• Proven track record in menu innovation and maintaining food standards.
• Strong knowledge of culinary trends and cost control.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and people-management skills.
• Flexibility to travel across branches.
