We're looking for a hands-on Social Media Marketing Manager to lead both
organic and paid strategies
across all major platforms. You'll grow brand awareness, generate leads, manage paid campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads and more), and turn social into a measurable revenue channel.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and execute
    organic + paid social media strategy
    aligned with business goals (brand awareness, engagement, lead generation, sales).
  • Plan, create and publish high-quality content across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube and others).
  • Manage the content calendar, brief designers/creatives and ensure on-brand messaging and consistency.
  • Manage paid advertising campaigns
    across:
  • Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max)
  • LinkedIn Ads
  • TikTok Ads
  • Other emerging platforms
    as relevant
  • Handle end-to-end ad management: audience targeting, keyword strategy, creative testing, bidding, budget allocation and scaling campaigns.
  • Optimise campaigns for ROI, tracking conversions and improving cost per lead/acquisition.
  • Monitor, analyse and report on channel performance (weekly/monthly dashboards) with actionable insights.
  • Conduct competitor and trend analysis; propose fresh formats and growth experiments.
  • Build and manage community: respond to comments/messages, nurture influencer and partner relationships.
  • Collaborate with SEO, content, product and sales teams to align campaigns and repurpose assets.
  • Ensure compliance with brand guidelines, GDPR and platform policies.
  • Mentor or manage junior team members and agencies as needed.

Essential skills & experience

  • 3+ years managing social media and paid campaigns in an agency or in-house; 5+ years preferred for senior roles.
  • Proven track record of running and scaling
    Meta Ads and Google Ads
    with measurable KPIs.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager, TikTok Ads, and other paid platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and ad creative skills, with an understanding of conversion-focused design.
  • Excellent analytics skills — comfortable with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and reporting dashboards.
  • Familiarity with scheduling and ad management tools (e.g., Ads Manager, Google Ads Editor, HubSpot, Buffer, Hootsuite, Sprout Social).
  • Experience with A/B testing, attribution modelling and marketing funnels.
  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or equivalent experience.
