About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and passionate 
Unity Developer
 to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building interactive applications, games, or simulations using the Unity engine. You will collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to create engaging and high-quality real-time experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-quality 
    Unity 3D/2D applications
     for various platforms (mobile, PC, AR/VR, Web 3 etc.).
  • Collaborate with the design and art teams to implement gameplay mechanics, UI, and animations.
  • Optimize performance and memory usage across multiple platforms.
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues related to Unity development.
  • Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, and plugins as required.
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient code.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in Unity and game development.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years of professional experience
     developing in Unity 3D/2D.
  • Strong proficiency in 
    C# programming
     and 
    object-oriented design
     principles.
  • Experience with 
    Unity UI, animation systems, particle systems
    , and 
    physics
    .
  • Knowledge of 
    version control systems
     (e.g., Git, Plastic SCM).
  • Understanding of 
    performance optimization
     and 
    memory management
     in Unity.
  • Familiarity with 
    multiplayer
     is a strong plus.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:

  • Experience with 
    shader programming
     or 
    URP/HDRP pipelines
    .
  • Exposure to 
    networked multiplayer systems
     or 
    Photon / Mirror
    .
  • Experience with AR/VR systems.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
  • Attention to detail and a passion for interactive media and gaming.
