Job description:
The Time Office Executive is responsible for managing employee attendance, shifts, payroll inputs, and leave records to ensure smooth workforce management in an industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attendance & Timekeeping:
Maintain and update biometric/manual attendance records.
Monitor employee check-in/check-out times and address discrepancies.
Ensure compliance with shift schedules and overtime regulations.
- Payroll & Salary Inputs:
Compile attendance data for payroll processing.
Coordinate with HR and Accounts to ensure accurate salary disbursement.
Maintain overtime and deduction records.
- Shift & Leave Management:
Prepare shift rosters and ensure proper shift rotation.
Process leave applications and update records accordingly.
Maintain records of casual, sick, and annual leaves.
- Employee Records & Compliance:
Keep updated records of employee joining, exits, and transfers.
Ensure labor law compliance related to working hours, wages, and overtime.
Assist in audits and inspections by maintaining accurate records.
- Workforce Coordination & Reporting:
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly attendance reports.
Address employee queries regarding attendance and leave policies.
Support HR in maintaining discipline related to attendance.
