We are looking for a Graphic Designer & Video Editor who can take ownership of our brand's visual identity. In this role, you'll transform creative ideas into powerful visuals — from digital graphics to engaging videos — that elevate our communication and presence across platforms.

What You Will Do

  • Design & Edit: Create visually engaging graphics for digital, web, and print platforms. Produce short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, etc.) aligned with brand strategy.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain a unified and professional brand identity across all marketing and digital materials.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and content departments to translate ideas into impactful visuals that drive engagement.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple design and video projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.
  • Innovate: Contribute fresh creative ideas for campaigns, visuals, and storytelling methods.

This Role is a Great Fit If You Have

  • A diploma or Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in graphic design and video editing (internships or freelance work count).
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite — especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro (After Effects is a strong plus).
  • A portfolio that showcases your best graphic and video work (required).
  • Strong sense of visual aesthetics, layout, and composition.
  • Availability for full-time, on-site night shift (Monday–Saturday, 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).

Preferred Qualifications (Added SEO & Ranking Keywords)

  • Experience in Figma, UI/UX design, or creating digital mockups for websites and applications.
  • Working knowledge of motion graphics, After Effects, or Canva.
  • Understanding of social media marketing and digital branding trends.
  • Prior experience in BPO or marketing environments where design and video are used for international audiences.
