What You'll Do

• Nurture independence, creativity, and a love of learning in young heroes (ages 3–6).
• Design purposeful Montessori work cycles and hands-on learning experiences.
• Observe, inspire, and gently guide — instead of lecturing or controlling.
• Collaborate with a passionate team reimagining education in Pakistan.
• Foster a joyful, peaceful, and respectful classroom culture.

You Might Be a Great Fit If You

• Have Montessori training and classroom experience (AMI/AMS preferred).
• Love children — and believe they can direct their own learning.
• Are curious, open-minded, and excited to learn new methods.
• Value freedom with responsibility.
• Believe education should prepare children for life, not just tests.
• Are ready to be as small as possible, as quickly as possible - so small that you are
  no longer required in the room.
