What You'll Do
- Nurture independence, creativity, and a love of learning in young heroes (ages 3–6).
- Design purposeful Montessori work cycles and hands-on learning experiences.
- Observe, inspire, and gently guide — instead of lecturing or controlling.
- Collaborate with a passionate team reimagining education in Pakistan.
- Foster a joyful, peaceful, and respectful classroom culture.
You Might Be a Great Fit If You
- Have Montessori training and classroom experience (AMI/AMS preferred).
- Love children — and believe they can direct their own learning.
- Are curious, open-minded, and excited to learn new methods.
- Value freedom with responsibility.
- Believe education should prepare children for life, not just tests.
- Are ready to be as small as possible, as quickly as possible - so small that you are
no longer required in the room.
