Position Overview:
We are looking for a
creative and skilled Social Media Video Editor
who can produce engaging short-form videos tailored for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms. This is a
3-month internship
where you will create up to
5 short videos per week
and
5 additional social media posts
to drive product awareness and engagement.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with
CapCut
or similar free editing tools and can showcase a portfolio of social media videos they've already created.
Key Responsibilities:
- Edit and produce 5 short-form videos weekly (15–60 seconds each) for social media. Raw footage will be provided if required or use stock videos
- Create 5 complementary posts (memes, carousels, graphics, etc.) weekly.
- Work closely with the founder to brainstorm creative content ideas aligned with product messaging.
- Optimize content for engagement, clarity, and shareability.
- Stay on top of social media trends to make content stand out.
- Be able to meet daily for 15 mins and responsive on WhatsApp during 4pm - 10pm Pakistan time unless you have indicated that you will not be available
- Fast Turn around time on iterations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience creating social media videos (portfolio required).
- Strong command of
CapCut
, Canva, or other free editing/design tools. - Creative mindset with the ability to turn concepts into eye-catching content.
- Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn content formats.
- Ability to work independently and deliver consistently on deadlines.
What We Offer:
- Internship stipend:
PKR 50,000/month
(3 months). - Fully remote, flexible hours.
