About the Role
The
Travel Coordinator
will be responsible for managing all company-related travel ,including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visa support , for staff traveling between Pakistan, Canada, and other regions. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives on solving logistical challenges while ensuring a smooth travel experience for employees and executives alike.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, book, and coordinate domestic and international travel for employees and consultants across Canada and Pakistan.
- Arrange flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and travel insurance according to Clearoute's travel policies.
- Support visa applications, invitation letters, and documentation for international travelers.
- Prepare and distribute detailed travel itineraries and confirmations for all travelers.
- Maintain travel records, track budgets, and reconcile travel-related expenses.
- Communicate with airlines, hotels, and travel partners to secure best rates and manage vendor relationships.
- Monitor travel advisories, visa requirements, and other regulatory updates.
- Handle last-minute changes, cancellations, and emergencies with professionalism and efficiency.
- Provide logistical support for visiting Canadian staff or international guests in Pakistan.
- Collaborate with HR and Operations to align travel with business priorities, events, and meetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in travel coordination, executive assistance, or administrative support.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills with fluency in English.
- Strong understanding of international travel and visa procedures.
- Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to manage multiple itineraries, deadlines, and requests simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Preferred Skills
- Experience coordinating travel for international or Canadian-based teams.
- Familiarity with corporate travel platforms (e.g., Expedia, for Business, or TravelPerk).
- Knowledge of expense tracking and travel budget management.
