Timings:
10am to 07pm PKT (Sunday to Thursday)

Senior SAP FICO Consultant responsibility is to gather and analyses customer requirements, formulate solutions using standard and custom functionality, and verify fulfilment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates with business users to understand escalated production issues
  • Acts as Level 2/3 or coordinates between Level 2/3 and end users in incident and change management
  • Handles changes or emergency transports for high priority issues in conformance with relevant processes and procedures
  • Works with the business users to gather requirements and builds process models and requirements specifications
  • Performs detailed analysis of complex business process requirements and provides appropriate system solutions
  • Organizes solution validation workshops for new projects and CRs
  • Drives solution fit analysis and gap identification in line with SAP methodology
  • Elaborates master data and organizational requirements
  • Oversees implementation by onsite and offshore teams and performs system configurations in the relevant applications when necessary
  • Engages in custom component development as a consultant/developer or reviewer
  • Supports SAP integration with internal applications and external entities
  • Contributes to and oversees documentation maintenance and knowledge sharing
  • Participates in joint planning and innovation initiatives
  • Conforms with project and operational standards and supports audit and assessment activities
  • Contributes to periodic and on-demand project and operational reporting
  • Participates in coaching activities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 8 years of SAP experience in a full cycle implementation as well as in support projects
  • Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred
  • Knowledgeable in at least one of the core functional domains (The domain ( FICO/SCM/C4C/SF/etc.) will be indicated during the hiring process)
  • Skilled in blueprinting, fit gap analysis, configuration, and functional design of custom components.
  • Fluent in Microsoft Visio or any other business process diagramming tool
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple deliverables and projects at the same time
  • Experience in a professional service or a distribution company is a plus
  • Hands-on capability in data migration and data preparation, Integration analysis and design, and testing and deployment
  • SAP Certified Application Associate and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
  • ITIL 4 Foundation certification
