Who we are:About the Role:What You'll Do:
  • Develop engaging media content using Adobe Creative Cloud, with a focus on Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
  • Create detailed and effective learning visuals tailored to specific learning objectives and audience needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure media content aligns with organizational goals.
  • Manage and maintain project timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by refining media design templates and standards.
  • Design captivating social media creatives and UI/UX elements using Adobe tools and Figma.
  • Develop brand assets including visual guidelines, logos, icons, and presentation templates.
  • Experience in logo design and brand identity development is a plus.
What We're Looking For:
  • 3 years of media design experience.
  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Cloud, with extensive experience in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Premiere Pro.
  • Strong skills in writing clear and engaging visual scripts that align with learning objectives.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to transform complex ideas into digestible media content.
  • Experience developing scenario-based learning and other interactive activities involving graphics and videos.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to adhere to brand standards and design principles.
  • Strong project management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in Sales Enablement or Learning Enablement & Design is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
