Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Lahore. The Social Media Content Creator will be responsible for designing, planning, and executing engaging and high-quality content across various social media platforms. Daily responsibilities include developing social media strategies, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, analyzing performance metrics, and collaborating with teams to maintain brand consistency. The individual will play a key role in growing audience engagement and ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Qualifications

  • Experience in creating and curating content tailored for various social media platforms, including creativity in graphic design and storytelling.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools, analytics platforms, and insights reporting for performance monitoring.
  • Proficient in digital marketing strategies and trends to enhance social media reach and engagement.
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing skills with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams, meet deadlines, and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry is a plus.
