We're Hiring – Business & Marketing Executive (Full-Time / Remote)

We're looking for a dedicated professional who can work closely with us to manage and grow our business operations and marketing. This is not a typical 9–5 role — I need someone who takes ownership, thinks critically, and helps drive results.

Responsibilities:

* Manage & optimize business content (social media, portfolio, proposals, etc.)

* Create, design, and schedule engaging posts across platforms

* Develop and maintain professional portfolios & presentations

* Handle organic marketing & engagement (posting, sharing in groups, community engagement)

* Create & submit tailored proposals for lead generation

* Conduct market research & competitor analysis

* Track and manage leads using CRM tools

* Write persuasive content (captions, proposals, copies, replies)

* Prepare regular reports & performance insights

* Generate creative ideas for campaigns, content themes, and outreach

What We're Looking For:

* A professional and critical thinker who can work independently

* Strong communication & copywriting skills

* Basic design skills (Canva/Photoshop or similar)

* Understanding of digital marketing & lead generation

* Organized, detail-oriented, and result-driven

* Someone who treats this role as their own business growth journey
