Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Client Relationship Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional communication skills and advanced expertise in Microsoft Excel. This role focuses on maintaining excellent client relationships, ensuring smooth coordination between departments, and managing client data with accuracy and efficiency.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling client interactions, preparing performance reports, and supporting operational processes to ensure top-tier client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining timely and professional communication.
  • Manage and update client records, reports, and case progress with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are handled efficiently.
  • Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and performance summaries using advanced Excel functions (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Data Analysis tools, etc.).
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and resolution of issues.
  • Identify process improvements to enhance client experience and workflow efficiency.

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field).
  • Experience: Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or coordination roles.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Validation, and Report Automation).
  • Strong computer literacy and familiarity with CRMs or data management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
