Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
- Manage reception area, ensuring it is tidy, professional, and presentable at all times.
- Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when required.
- Provide basic information to callers and visitors regarding company services or policies.
- Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
- Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Coordinate with other departments for office supplies and facility-related needs.
- Handle inquiries professionally, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
- Assist in, courier services, and other office support tasks when needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Must be Graduate (having good English writing and speaking power)
- Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar customer service role.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
