Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors in a courteous and professional manner and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly.
  • Manage reception area, ensuring it is tidy, professional, and presentable at all times.
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor badges when required.
  • Provide basic information to callers and visitors regarding company services or policies.
  • Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
  • Coordinate with other departments for office supplies and facility-related needs.
  • Handle inquiries professionally, maintaining confidentiality at all times.
  • Assist in, courier services, and other office support tasks when needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Must be Graduate (having good English writing and speaking power)
  • Proven experience as a receptionist, front desk officer, or in a similar customer service role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and attitude.

Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
