Job Summary:

We're looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager & Content Creator and Handler to manage our client's Social Media. The ideal candidate will have understanding of marketing principles and be able to create engaging content that resonates with our client's audience. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and curating content, creating and managing social media calendars, and growing online community.

Responsibilities:

  • Create high-quality, engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) for Social Media

  • Develop and implement a content calendar to ensure consistent posting

  • Manage and respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner

  • Grow our social media following by identifying and engaging with relevant audiences

  • Monitor and report on social media analytics to optimize content and engagement

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in social media management or content creation

  • Basic knowledge of marketing principles and social media advertising

  • Excellent writing, editing, and visual content creation skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong communication and time management skills

  • Proficiency in Facebook and Instagram, with knowledge of other social media platforms a plus

  • Must have good English written and spoken (This is a must since most of our clients are international)

  • Familiarity with graphic design and video editing software (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, CapCut or adobe premier pro)

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g. Hootsuite, Buffer)

  • Knowledge of SEO principles and how to optimize social media content

  • Experience with influencer marketing and collaborations
