Job Description:

We're looking for a creative, passionate and detail oriented Designer & Content Creator Photoshop, who can bring ideas to life through visually engaging designs. If you have a strong command on Figma, Canva, and Adobe Photoshop, and a passion for creating eye-catching social media visuals, this role is for you

Job Responsibilities:

  • Design visually appealing and brand-consistent graphics, posts, and stories for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Upwork, Facebook, etc.)
  • Create engaging digital content both static and motion, aligned with marketing goals and campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and development teams to plan and execute monthly social media calendars.
  • Utilize Figma to create and refine digital assets, UI mockups, or social visuals when needed.
  • Use Canva and Adobe Photoshop to produce professional-level designs efficiently.
  • Assist with content writing/caption creation to ensure posts have compelling and relevant messaging.
  • Stay updated on social media trends, design standards, and emerging creative tools.
  • Support brand consistency and ensure high-quality design delivery across all platforms.
  • Experience with video editing tools or motion graphics for introductory videos of people and services.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 3 months – 1 year of professional experience in social media design or digital content creation.
  • Proficiency in Figma (mandatory) must be comfortable creating layouts and social visuals.
  • Strong skills in Canva and Adobe Photoshop.
  • Basic understanding of social media algorithms, content engagement, and branding.
  • Excellent sense of visual aesthetics, typography, and color balance.
  • Basic content writing/copywriting or video editing skills are a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35, Rs50,000.00 per month
