Job Overview:

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Senior AI Content Creator to lead the creation of lifelike, AI-powered social media content that drives engagement and enhances product visibility through strategic AI-driven product placements. You will be responsible for designing, producing, and optimizing AI-generated videos, images, and interactive media that resonate with diverse audiences across multiple social platforms.

In this senior role, you will collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to craft cutting-edge content that leverages the latest AI technologies, ensuring seamless integration of brand messaging within authentic, lifelike digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the conceptualization, creation, and execution of lifelike AI-driven social media content across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Develop and implement AI-based product placement strategies that seamlessly integrate brands into digital content to maximize visibility and engagement.
  • Utilize advanced AI tools for video synthesis, deepfake technology, avatar creation, and voice synthesis to create authentic and interactive content.
  • Manage end-to-end content production workflows, from ideation and scriptwriting to post-production and analytics.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align AI content strategies with business goals and campaign objectives.
  • Monitor emerging AI technologies and trends, continuously innovating content creation techniques.
  • Analyze content performance data to optimize engagement, reach, and ROI of AI-powered campaigns.
  • Ensure ethical use of AI in content creation, maintaining transparency and brand integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Digital Media, Communications, AI, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital content creation with at least 2 years specializing in AI-driven content.
  • Expertise with AI content creation platforms such as RunwayML, Synthesia, MidJourney, Pictory, D-ID, DeepBrain AI, or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in advanced video editing and motion graphics software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro).
  • Strong understanding of AI product placement techniques and experience integrating products naturally into content.
  • Experience creating lifelike AI avatars, synthetic voices, or deepfake videos that adhere to ethical guidelines.
  • Deep knowledge of social media algorithms, trends, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Excellent storytelling skills with the ability to tailor content for diverse demographics.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Social Media Insights, etc.) to inform creative decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
