JWD Marketing is a new, dynamic digital marketing agency built from the ground up to serve the fast-paced world of real estate. We are a creative-driven team looking for a visual storyteller to bring our projects to life.

The Role:

We are seeking a multi-skilled Graphic Designer and Video Editor to become our visual expert. You will be the architect of our brand's aesthetic, creating stunning, high-converting visual content that makes our properties irresistible. You'll work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and produce assets for digital ads, social media, and sales materials.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design a wide range of digital assets: social media graphics (static and animated), digital ad banners, email newsletters, and website elements.
  • Edit compelling video content: transforming raw property footage into engaging video tours, social media reels/TikToks, and digital advertisements.
  • Create polished marketing materials: brochures, flyers, presentations, and signage for our sales galleries.
  • Maintain and elevate the visual identity of the JWD Marketing brand and our individual property brands.
  • Collaborate with the social media manager to develop creative concepts that drive engagement and leads.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For (Requirements):

  • A strong portfolio showcasing expertise in both graphic design and video editing.
  • Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (especially Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
  • Experience with motion graphics and creating content optimized for Instagram Reels and TikTok.
  • A keen eye for typography, color, layout, and branding.
  • Ability to take a project from concept to completion with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • A passion for real estate, architecture, or design is a huge plus

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • Experience in real estate marketing or a related field.

Job Types: Full-time, Commission

Pay: Rs15, Rs35,000.00 per month
