Job Summary: We are seeking Manager Admin who will be responsible for overseeing and managing the administrative operations of the BPO company. This role ensures smooth day-to-day functioning of facilities, vendor management, compliance, employee support services, and administrative processes to create an efficient and productive work environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

1. Office & Facility Management

  • Supervise daily office operations, including housekeeping, security, and maintenance.

2. Vendor & Procurement Management

  • Identify, negotiate, and manage contracts with service providers (IT support, housekeeping, cafeteria, transport, etc.).
  • Monitor procurement of office supplies, equipment, and assets with cost optimization.

3. Compliance & Safety

  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, health & safety regulations, and company policies.
  • Maintain records for audits, statutory requirements, and certifications.
  • Implement and monitor workplace security protocols (ID cards, access control, CCTV).

4. Employee Support & Engagement

  • Provide administrative support services to employees (transportation, ID cards, travel, medical insurance, etc.).
  • Oversee canteen/food services and other welfare facilities.
  • Coordinate with HR for onboarding/offboarding logistics.

5. Budgeting & Reporting

  • Prepare and manage the administration budget, control expenses, and track costs.
  • Submit regular reports on admin operations, vendor performance, and facility status to management.

6. Team Management

  • Lead and develop the admin team (executives, office assistants, support staff).
  • Allocate tasks, set KPIs, and ensure performance of the admin department.
  • Ensure infrastructure (workstations, internet, power backup, etc.) supports 24/7 BPO operations.
  • Manage space planning, seating arrangements, and office supplies.

Skills & Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Management or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience in administration, preferably in the BPO / ITES sector.
  • Strong knowledge of facilities management, vendor management, and compliance.
  • Excellent organizational, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, 24/7 work environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ERP/Admin tools.
