IT Technician

We are hiring an IT Technician to provide technical support and ensure smooth IT operations across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment, including all CCTV cameras and surveillance systems (NVR/DVR).
• Perform routine maintenance and health checks on all CCTV systems, including cleaning lenses, checking cable connections, and ensuring optimal video quality and recording functionality.
• Provide user support and training on IT tools and CCTV system operation.
• Ensure data security and backup processes, with a focus on securing and backing up surveillance footage.
• Assist in implementing new IT solutions and upgrading existing CCTV infrastructure.
• Manage CCTV access and permissions, ensuring proper user authentication and security protocols are followed.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of IT support experience, with proven experience in managing and maintaining CCTV systems.
• Knowledge of networking, operating systems, and security tools, with a specific understanding of IP camera configuration and network video recorders.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to handle physical tasks related to CCTV installation and maintenance, such as cabling and mounting equipment.
