Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth through effective communication and relationship-building with clients. This role requires a strong understanding of B2C sales, technology sales, and the ability to leverage CRM software to manage customer interactions. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in business development and will be expected to engage in both outbound and warm calling efforts.

Duties

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through effective communication and customer service.
  • Conduct outbound calling and telemarketing efforts to generate leads and schedule appointments.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer information, and analyze sales data.
  • Engage in negotiation processes to close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
  • Provide technical sales support by understanding product features and benefits, addressing client inquiries, and demonstrating product value.
  • Participate in business development initiatives to identify new market opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Prepare sales presentations and proposals tailored to meet client needs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2C sales, inside sales, or technical sales is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to engage customers through warm calling techniques while maintaining a professional demeanor.
  • Experience in telemarketing or outbound calling is a plus.
  • A solid understanding of marketing principles as they relate to sales strategies.
