Job Title: Management Trainee (Manufacturing / Packaging)

Location: Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Learn and assist in plant operations, production processes, and flexible packaging activities.
• Support diaper plant operations including machine performance, quality monitoring, and efficiency improvements.
• Gain hands-on exposure to flexible packaging processes such as printing, slitting, cast-line, and bag-making.
• Assist production supervisors and engineers in daily operations, maintenance coordination, and troubleshooting.
• Contribute to process improvement, safety initiatives, and waste reduction projects.
• Apply manufacturing excellence concepts such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement tools in problem-solving and day-to-day assignments.
• As per organizational needs, trainees may also be involved in Quality, New Product Development (NPD), and Project assignments.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged; prior relevant internship/experience preferred.
• Knowledge of manufacturing concepts such as Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and Continuous Improvement.
• Candidates residing near Landhi Industrial Area, Karachi will be preferred for ease of commuting.

Job Timing: 9 am - 6 pm (Monday - Saturday)

Salary Range: Rs. 40, ,000

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
