We're Hiring: Senior Graphic Designer at (dc) Diligent Creators

Location: Karachi, Pakistan (On-site)

Job Type: Full-time

At (dc) Diligent Creators, we are a fast-growing digital agency delivering innovative solutions in software development, web design, and social media marketing. We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our creative team and lead impactful design projects for global brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative direction for digital and print design projects.
  • Design engaging social media creatives, branding materials, UI/UX elements, and marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, web, and development teams to produce cohesive and effective designs.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, ensuring high-quality output across the design team.
  • Stay updated with design trends, tools, and best practices to keep our brand and client projects ahead of the curve.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience in a digital agency or related industry.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in branding, digital design, and marketing creatives.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) and familiarity with Figma/Canva.
  • Solid understanding of social media content design, typography, and visual storytelling.
  • Experience in motion graphics/animations will be a plus.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
