We're a Real Estate company looking for a Talented and Creative Videographer & Content Creator to help bring our properties to life through compelling visual content. If you have a passion for storytelling, a knack for visual aesthetics and experience in Content Creation — we want to work with you Please share samples of your work along with your application.

Responsibilities

  • Film and Edit professional property tour videos, walk-throughs, and drone footage.
  • Create promotional videos for new listings, open houses, neighborhood overviews, and real estate projects.
  • Research industry-related topics and stay with current video trends and digital content world.
  • Prepare well-structured drafts using digital publishing platforms
  • Create and distribute marketing copy to advertise our company and products
  • Interview industry professionals and incorporate their views in blog posts
  • Edit and proofread written pieces before publication
  • Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
  • Promote content on social networks and monitor engagement
  • Identify customers' needs and recommend new topics
  • Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

Requirements

  • Proven experience as Videography and Content Creator in similar role
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects timely
  • Flexibility to shoot on-site at various property locations
  • Proficiency in Video Editing (Basic photo editing skills is a plus)
  • Portfolio of published articles
  • Excellent writing and editing skills in English
  • BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs30, Rs50,000.00 per month
