What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR or Business Administration
• 2+ years of HR experience (hospitality experience is a big plus)
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
• A people-first mindset with a passion for team building
• Someone who thrives in fast-paced, service-driven environments
