Requirements:

  • Background in high-growth startups or product-led companies.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the build of complex frontend systems at scale with deep expertise in TypeScript, (or similar frameworks).
  • Take initiative to understand the why, ask hard questions, and build strong product intuition over time.
  • Develop advanced frontend systems that power a seamless fundraising experience for startup teams.
  • Drive key technical decisions that balance business goals, product needs, and long-term scalability.
  • Lead architecture and design discussions across the frontend domain.
  • Collaborate closely with founders, design, and backend teams to ship features that matter.
  • Mentor and uplift other engineers while helping shape team culture and engineering processes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve product, architecture, and team velocity.
  • Help define what excellence looks like in the engineering function.
