Job description

Note : This role demands excellent English communication skills, as the graphic designer will sometimes participate in client meetings where they must clearly explain design-related concepts. Basic English is absolutely not acceptable for this position.

Description of the role :

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with 3-5 years of experience to support our marketing operations. This role is ideal for a design professional with prior experience working with U.S.-based companies who can create visually compelling marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency across various digital and print platforms.

The ideal candidate must have exceptional English proficiency, strong design skills, and attention to detail to assist in developing high-quality graphics for social media, websites, flyers, email campaigns, and property marketing materials. This role requires the ability to translate marketing objectives into effective visual designs while collaborating with the marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Graphic Design & Branding:

Design flyers, social media graphics, email templates, website assets, logos and marketing collateral that align with brand guidelines.

Ensure brand consistency across all visual materials, including logos, typography, and color schemes.

Creative Collaboration & Content Support:

Work closely with the marketing team to execute visual concepts for campaigns.

Develop engaging layouts and enhance existing marketing materials to improve visual impact.


• Optimize images, graphics, and digital assets for web and print use.

Technology & Platform Management:


• Manage and organize a repository of design assets for easy access by internal teams.


• Create templates for social media, brochures, and promotional materials.


• Assist in managing visual content for Google My Business profiles and property websites.

Required Skills & Qualifications:


• 3-5 years of experience in graphic design, branding, or a similar role


• 3-5 years of experience working with U.S.-based companies


• Exceptional English proficiency (written and verbal)


• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or equivalent design tools


• Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory


• Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines


• High attention to detail and ability to take ownership of tasks

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:


• Experience designing for real estate or property management marketing


• Familiarity with marketing platforms like Canva, Figma, or Mailchimp


• Basic knowledge of UI/UX design principles for website and digital content
