Job Description:

Ratwal Cadet College is currently hiring qualified and dedicated Biology teacher to join our academic faculty. The ideal candidates will have a strong command over their subject and experience teaching board-level classes (Matric & F.Sc).

Responsibilities & Requirements

• Plan and deliver subject lessons to Matric and Intermediate level students.
• Prepare and conduct assessments, quizzes, and board-style examinations.
• Compile and maintain academic records and student results.
• Support the academic team in curriculum planning and improvement strategies.
• Maintain discipline and actively engage in co-curricular and academic development activities.
• Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject (Master's preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience at board level (Matric / F.Sc.).
• Strong subject knowledge and familiarity with board exam patterns.
• Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
