The Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing the company's social media strategy to enhance brand visibility, engage customers, and promote the company's products and values across all digital platforms. This role involves planning and executing creative social media campaigns, managing daily content posting, monitoring engagement, and ensuring that the brand's online presence reflects its vision and professionalism. The Social Media Manager will work closely with the Marketing, Sales, and Design teams to align digital marketing activities with overall business goals and seasonal product launches.
Key responsibilities include creating and managing content calendars, designing and publishing engaging posts, photos, and videos for platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube, and ensuring consistent brand tone and messaging. The role also involves monitoring page insights and analytics to track performance, reach, and audience engagement, using data-driven insights to improve results. The Social Media Manager will respond promptly to customer messages, comments, and inquiries, maintaining a professional and positive image for the company.
