Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad District as a Recruitment Specialist. The Recruitment Specialist will oversee the hiring process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and screening resumes. They will conduct interviews, assess candidates, and provide recommendations for hiring. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with team managers to understand staffing needs, managing onboarding and training processes, and maintaining open communication with candidates and employees.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Hiring, Recruiting, and Interviewing
  • Strong Communication skills for effective candidate and team interaction
  • Skills in Training and onboarding new employees to foster professional growth and integration
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Proficiency in using recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
  • Prior experience in HR or recruitment is a plus
