  • Undertake daily visits of each plant to observe the running and look out for any possible break downs which might occur in the future, executive preventive maintenance in such case with coordination from production department to avoid unanticipated breakdowns end extended downtime in the future.
  • Examine daily log books and note all downtime and assist production engineer to prepare monthly report with explanation for occurrence of downtime.
  • Arrange and maintain the inventory of consumable spares in order to ensure the availability of spares during break down / schedule maintenance.
  • Undertake daily visits of each plant to observe the running and look out for any possible break downs which might occur in the future, executive preventive maintenance in such case with coordination from production department to avoid unanticipated breakdowns and extended downtime in the future.
  • Coordinate with production department in event of any plant breakdowns by mutually agreeing on a time for plant to shut down so that maintenance can be carried out and plant operations can be revived at earliest possible time.

Bachelor of Engineering ( Electrical / Electronic )
