About the Role:

We are looking for a
Trainee Engineer (Civil)
who has recently graduated from
NED University of Engineering and Technology
. The selected candidate will work closely with senior engineers, supervisors, and project managers to gain practical experience in planning, execution, and supervision of civil construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in daily site inspections, quality control, and project documentation.
  • Support the preparation of project reports, BOQs, and drawings.
  • Monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with design and safety standards.
  • Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.
  • Learn and apply project management tools, engineering software, and site procedures.
  • Participate in progress meetings and assist in resolving technical or on-site issues.

Education & Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Civil Engineering
    from
    NED University
    (or equivalent recognized institution).
  • Fresh graduate or up to
    one year of internship / field experience
    .
  • Basic understanding of construction drawings, materials, and site operations.
  • Familiarity with
    AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project
    will be an advantage.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
