The QA Engineer is accountable for ensuring quality across all phases of application modernization for project for large intergnational airline. This role is embedded in the Agile team and ensures functional, regression, performance, and security testing are consistently applied.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases aligned with requirements.

· Implement automated regression suites for APIs and microservices.

· Perform functional, integration, performance, and security testing.

· Conduct load and stress testing to validate NFRs (latency, throughput).

· Track defects in Jira/QMetry and coordinate fixes with development.

· Provide QA reports at sprint and PI reviews, including defect metrics and test coverage.

· Support Client' business users during UAT.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· 3–6 years in QA and testing for enterprise systems.

· Hands-on with API testing tools (Postman, SoapUI) and automation frameworks (PyTest, Selenium).

· Experience in performance testing (JMeter, Locust).

· Familiarity with security testing tools (OWASP ZAP).

· Airline or transactional systems testing background preferred.

· Strong documentation and defect reporting skills.
