We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to join our engineering team, with a strong focus on both DevOps enablement and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) practices.

This role is ideal for individuals who thrive at the intersection of infrastructure automation, deployment orchestration, and production system reliability. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and scaling CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and cloud-native infrastructure.

In addition, you'll ensure uptime, performance, and incident response of our systems, blending the delivery-centric mindset of DevOps with the reliability-driven approach of SRE.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable, secure, and resilient infrastructure using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Collaborate with development teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and observability standards.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize production systems with a focus on reliability and uptime (SLAs, SLOs, SLIs).
  • Manage and fine-tune network configurations, firewalls, DNS, load balancers, and VPCs across environments.
  • Participate in on-call rotations, incident response, root cause analysis (RCA), and postmortems.
  • Ensure security compliance and best practices across the infrastructure stack.
  • Contribute to documentation, runbooks, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in SRE, DevOps, or Cloud Infrastructure roles.
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration via Kubernetes (preferably in production environments).
  • Solid understanding of networking principles, including TCP/IP, DNS, routing, NAT, VPN, and security protocols.
  • Strong scripting experience (Bash, Python, Go, etc.) for automation.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Datadog.
  • Solid understanding of Git and experience with GitOps.

Nice-to-Have:

  • Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) / AWS Certified DevOps Engineer / Google Professional Cloud DevOps Engineer
  • Exposure to service meshes (Istio, Linkerd), Kubernetes Operators, or GitOps (ArgoCD/Flux).
  • Experience with zero-downtime deployments and canary/blue-green release strategies.
