  • Strong understanding of geological processes and resource modelling.

  • Ability to work independently and in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Valid Pakistan Driving Licence and Pit Driving Permit (or willingness to obtain).
  • Proven commitment to safety and ability to demonstrate visible safety leadership.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise geological mapping, drilling, logging, and sampling activities.
  • Ensure accurate and timely geological data collection and analysis.
  • Monitor and maintain QA/QC protocols for all geological processes.
  • Design ore and waste grade blocks to support mining operations.
  • Support production planning and site reconciliation processes.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to integrate geological knowledge into operations.
  • Represent the MRM department in planning meetings and cross-functional initiatives.
  • Drive continuous improvement and contribute to a Zero Harm safety culture.
