IPM Inspector

Nutrifactor Laboratories, is looking for a dedicated IPM Inspector (Facility Pest Inspector) to join our team. This role is crucial for ensuring compliance with health & safety standards and maintaining a pest-free, safe, and efficient facility environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities for signs of pest infestations and identify entry points
  
• Initiate and monitor pest control measures and preventative strategies
  
• Conduct building inspections and recommend effective control actions
  
• Maintain inspection reports and ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support facility safety and hygiene
  

Requirements

• Knowledge of pest control methods, techniques, and compliance standards
  
• Ability to identify pest risks, entry points, and signs of infestation
  
• Strong problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
  
• Proficiency in maintaining inspection records and documentation
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
  
• Relevant certifications in pest control (preferred)
  

Education: Bachelor's degree in Entomology, Mechanical / Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred)

Experience: 1-3 years of relevant experience preferably in FMCG sector

Software Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with design tools is a plus
