Job Description:

We are looking for a well-presented and customer-focused Female Guest Relations Officer to join our team at Mr. Cod. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming environment for guests, ensuring excellent customer service, and handling customer queries with professionalism and courtesy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing quick solutions.
• Maintain a positive atmosphere in the restaurant by assisting customers as needed.
• Support the restaurant team in delivering exceptional service.
• Handle customer feedback and escalate issues to management if required.
• Monitor cleanliness and ambiance of the restaurant.
• Assist in promotional activities and customer engagement.

Requirements:

• Female candidate, preferably aged 20–30 years.
• Minimum Intermediate qualification.
• Prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or front desk role will be an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable, confident, and well-groomed personality.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and evenings.
