Technical Requirements:

. Oracle EBS / ERP Expertise (R12+)

. Strong knowledge of HR module configurations and setups

. Experience with Payroll processing, Fast Formula, benefits administration, time & labor management, iExpense, iRecruitment and AME.

. Familiarity with Oracle EBS HR reporting and analytics

. Min of three end to end implementations of key HR modules along with integration expertise with other ERP domainsStrong expertise in
Oracle EBS / ERP (R12+)

  • Minimum of
    3 end-to-end implementations
    of key SCM modules with proven
    integration experience
    across other ERP domains
  • Educational Background:
    ACCA, Finance/Accounting, Partly Qualified CA, M.Com, Management Sciences, Accounting & Finance, BSc (Hons), MBA, or B.Com (16 Years)
    from an HEC-recognized or foreign institution
  • Minimum
    4 years post-qualification experience
    in Oracle EBS Applications with at least
    2 full lifecycle implementations
  • Oracle Certified Professional
    (preferred)
  • Strong expertise in:
  • Business requirement gathering & functional GAP analysis
  • Documentation of process configuration
  • Test script generation & production support
  • Application development & business user trainings
  • Excellent
    communication and coordination skills
    with business users and technical consultants
