Educational Counsellor

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide counseling to students regarding study opportunities in Sweden and Germany.
• Guide students through the complete application process including university selection, documentation, admission applications, and visa procedures.
• Conduct counseling sessions (in person, via phone, or online) to address student queries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of admission requirements, scholarships, and visa regulations for Sweden and Germany.
• Follow up with students to ensure timely submission of documents and compliance with admission deadlines.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other stakeholders.
• Prepare reports and maintain student application records.

Requirements:

• Graduate degree (BS or equivalent).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of study abroad processes, specifically for Sweden and Germany.
• Ability to handle the complete student application process independently.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email correspondence.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs120,000.00 per month
