Job Overview:

SourceCode is looking for a Research Analyst Writer to join our night shift team. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and writing skills, capable of conducting in-depth research and preparing well-structured, informative, and engaging written content based on data and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed research on various topics across academic, business, and technical domains.
  • Analyze data, case studies, and reports to develop clear, well-referenced written materials.
  • Create high-quality, plagiarism-free content that meets client specifications and deadlines.
  • Review and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team leads to ensure consistent quality and timely project delivery.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling client information and documents.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Business, Economics, or a related field.
  • Strong research and analytical abilities.
  • Excellent writing, grammar, and communication skills in English.
  • Ability to work under deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Prior experience in research writing will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to work during night shift hours (9 PM – 6 AM).
