We're looking for a Maintenance & CCTV Technician who can handle electrical wiring, CCTV installation, and LAN cabling with precision and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform electrical maintenance, wiring, and troubleshooting of office systems (lights, outlets, circuits).
  • Install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV cameras, NVR/DVR systems, and perform regular preventive checks.
  • Run and terminate structured LAN/network cabling, ensure connectivity for workstations and routers.
  • Repair and maintain lighting, sockets, and circuit issues while following safety standards.
  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and maintain accurate service logs.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years' experience in electrical maintenance, CCTV installation, or network support.
  • Strong knowledge of IP cameras, NVR/DVR, and structured cabling.
  • Basic understanding of routers, switches, and LAN troubleshooting.
  • Technical diploma or certification in Electrical/Electronics preferred.
  • Must be available for on-site evening shift (Mon–Sat, 3 PM – 11 PM) and travel between branches.
