Position Overview

We are looking for
Firmware Engineers
with
1–2 years of experience
in embedded systems development. Highly motivated
fresh graduates
with strong fundamentals are also encouraged to apply.

You'll be working with
ARM Cortex-M based microcontrollers
, developing real-time embedded applications, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in electronics, firmware, and system design.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and debug embedded firmware for ARM Cortex-M3/M4/M0 platforms
  • Work with
    RTOS-based systems
    for real-time applications
  • Implement
    low-power and sleep modes
    for energy-efficient designs
  • Develop and maintain communication interfaces such as
    BLE, BLE Mesh, and CAN
  • Collaborate with hardware and software teams for integration and testing
  • Participate in design reviews, testing, and documentation

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or Computer Engineering
  • 1–2 years of experience in firmware or embedded software development (or strong fresh candidates)
  • Proficiency in
    C language
    and embedded development tools
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Hands-on experience with
    ARM Cortex-M3/M4/M0
    architectures
  • Working knowledge of
    low-power modes
    in ARM MCUs
  • Experience with
    RTOS
    (such as FreeRTOS, RTX, or Zephyr)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with
    BLE / BLE Mesh / CAN interface
  • Familiarity with
    peripheral drivers
    (UART, SPI, I2C, ADC, DMA, Timers)
  • Understanding of firmware optimization and code efficiency
