Position:
Customer Solutions Expert (Tier I) Sales

Location:
MM Alam Road, Gulberg, Lahore

Compensation:
PKR 50,000/month (Base during 4-month probation)

Commission:
Uncapped (No limit)

Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday (11 PM to 8 AM).

Role Overview

As a
Customer Solutions Expert (Tier I)
, you'll engage directly with customers through outbound calls, identify their needs, and provide customized solutions. You'll be responsible for achieving daily/weekly sales targets while upholding quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
  • Build strong customer relationships to drive sales.
  • Meet performance benchmarks and team goals.
