Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Tele Sales Representative, located in Karachi. The Tele Sales Representative will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, maintaining customer relationships, providing product information, answering queries, and closing sales deals. The representative will also work closely with the sales team to meet sales targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales/customer service role
  • Ability to understand customer needs and offer solutions
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and tele sales tools
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus
