, located near Sunder Industrial estate, Lahore, recognized for its excellence in garment manufacturing, is seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team. Key Responsibilities

• Monitor daily manufacturing operations to ensure production and delivery of finished goods meet customer quality standards.
• Ensure all cutting, stitching, and finishing processes comply with established quality requirements.
• Develop, document, and maintain quality control standards and ongoing objectives in line with company policies.
• Track and analyze performance metrics such as DHU (Defects per Hundred Units) and FPY (First Pass Yield), maintaining detailed statistical quality records.
• Implement and enforce needle policies and technical quality guidelines across all garment manufacturing processes.
• Lead and participate in Pre-Production (PPR) meetings to ensure that sample improvements are incorporated into bulk production.
• Supervise sample shipment approvals (buttons, trims, press samples, etc.) and conduct internal quality training sessions for staff.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions based on audit findings.
• Prepare and submit weekly performance reports highlighting achievements, quality trends, and improvement areas.

Qualification & Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 6–8 years of experience in Quality Control (QC) within the Apparel industry.
