Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation & Strategy:
  • Assist in the development and execution of social media content calendars.
  • Create engaging and creative content (graphics, videos, captions) for various social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Write compelling and engaging copy for social media posts that align with our brand voice.
  • Social Media Management:
  • Schedule and publish posts across various platforms using tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social.
  • Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities (comments, DMs, mentions).
  • Help with community management – responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Track and report on social media metrics (engagement, reach, impressions, etc.).
  • Assist in the analysis of social media campaigns to evaluate their effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Use data to suggest strategies for increasing engagement and growing our social media following.
  • Competitor & Trend Analysis:
  • Research competitors and industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and engagement.
  • Stay updated with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
  • Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm new campaign ideas and assist in execution.
  • Collaborate with influencers, content creators, or partners to help promote the brand.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs10, Rs15,000.00 per month
