Role Overview

We are seeking a hands-on Social Media Marketing Associate with at least 5 years of proven experience in growing and managing multiple social media accounts. This is not just a coordination role — you will directly plan, design, execute, and optimize campaigns across platforms. The role is primarily online but requires onsite attendance for events, activations, and brand engagements in Islamabad.

The ideal candidate will be a creative strategist, content creator, and performance marketer rolled into one, with a passion for Pakistani culture and empowering local businesses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and X.
  • Grow audiences organically and through paid campaigns with clear ROI targets.
  • Create high-quality static posts, carousels, reels, shorts, and stories using Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Suite.
  • Maintain a consistent and engaging brand voice with culturally relevant storytelling.
  • Plan and manage content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and cultural moments.
  • Launch and optimize organic and paid campaigns with clear KPIs and reporting.
  • Analyze insights and use data to guide decisions and improve performance.
  • Engage with followers through comments, messages, and community activities.
  • Capture and post live event coverage in Islamabad, turning offline moments into online stories.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, partners, and vendors to amplify campaign impact.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in managing and growing social media accounts.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing content creation (static posts, reels, videos) and accounts managed.
  • Ability to create engaging content tailored for diverse audiences, including Millennials and Gen Z.
  • Strong skills in Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects).
  • Expertise in organic growth strategies and paid advertising across major platforms.
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling ability.
  • Must be based in Islamabad and available for onsite event coverage.
  • Passion for Pakistani arts, culture, heritage, and entrepreneurship.
  • Creative thinker with a growth mindset and data-driven approach.
